All your money is safer with us than with a faceless individual or business out there. Employees of the company don’t have access to these money. Only a portion sits in customer disbursement accounts connected with the IT system. The rest of all payments that are temporarily going through our systems are held in customer reserve accounts not connected to IT systems meaning zero room for hacking. We do encourage people to start with small transactions until they gain full trust of Empower Escrow.

We advise that once you or your rider delivers the item. As happens with other deliveries you/ him shouldn’t leave the item with customer until he instantly unlocks from his app and you receive immediete notification that your funds are now unlocked.

Yes, an aggrieved party has 7 days to appeal the arbiters decision to a court of law and bring an injunction suspending execution of the decision.

No, we don’t charge percentages. Empower charges small set charges for all it’s services. The charges are published on the table below.
